I am Swaane Lauwaert and I live near Sainte-Baume, in the south of France. Through the dynamics of motherhood, I weave my talents and passions into one living flow.
I am a facilitator of transformation, guiding others through the profound experiences of Innerdance, Reiki, and breathwork. Additionally, I am a coach, combining the wisdom of NLP, Matrix Therapies, and Quantum Healing.
At retreats in France, I walk side by side with others and guide them in the footsteps of Mary Magdalene.
As a writer, I find comfort and expression in the dance of words.
And as a chef, I discover that the alchemy of cooking is an inexhaustible source of creativity.
My path:
After a hectic life in Antwerp, where I ran two restaurants and raised three young children, my husband and I decided to move. A journey in a small caravan eventually led us to the Ardèche in France. There, he single-handedly built an ecological house, while I started a cookie bakery in the village’s old laundry.
Due to limited employment opportunities in that region, we moved further south, to the area around Sainte-Baume in the Var. Restlessness and stress, as well as a deep sense of meaninglessness and emptiness, first forced me, then led me to where I was supposed to be: the path of self-healing. Through body-oriented therapy and other techniques, I rediscovered myself.
Many studies, retreats, and trainings later, I can say that I have found my life’s dream: to pass on everything that has brought me so much. It is an honor to witness how people come back into alignment with their authentic self.
